This is the first pass of a rig designed for a very early in development concept for a video game. The rig was built with the intention of being used in Unreal Engine. The model was made by Leo Siebert.
The kiwi character is capable of easy yet precise control over its bird legs.
The head and neck are both realistically rotatable and cartoonishly stretchy.
Both the top and bottom parts of the beak rotate along a pivot point in a way that does not expose where the two pieces connect.
